1. Use of Products
Homodeus offers digital products including PC optimization scripts. By purchasing or downloading any product, you agree that:
- You are using the software on a PC you own or have permission to modify
- You understand that system modifications carry inherent risk
- Homodeus is not responsible for any data loss or system damage resulting from use of our scripts
- Scripts are provided for personal, non-commercial use only
2. License Keys
Each purchase grants you a single-use, non-transferable license key. You may not:
- Share, sell, or distribute your license key to others
- Use a single key on more than one PC
- Attempt to reverse engineer or bypass the license validation system
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue, contact us at support@homodeus.ca and we will work to resolve it.
4. Intellectual Property
All scripts, code, designs, and content on homodeus.ca are the intellectual property of Homodeus. You may not copy, redistribute, or sell any of our materials without written permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our scripts will produce specific performance results, as results vary depending on hardware and system configuration.
6. Limitation of Liability
Homodeus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
